3. Special Delivery Conditions for Heavy Appliances (Transportation and Lifting)
Due to the size and weight of large household appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, large-screen TVs, and cookers, the following conditions apply:

– Delivery Location: Delivery includes transportation to the building entrance or the customer’s apartment, provided that an elevator is available and can accommodate the appliance.
– Lifting Charges: If there is no elevator or the staircase is too narrow, the customer must inform our customer service team in advance. Additional charges may apply for lifting appliances to upper floors, specifically from the third floor upward when no elevator is available.
– Access Requirements: Customers must ensure that doorways, hallways, and other access points are clear and wide enough to allow the appliance and delivery team to pass through safely.

4. Product Inspection and Receipt (Important)
Customers or their authorized representatives must inspect the delivered products before the delivery representative leaves.
– Customer Responsibility: The customer must carefully inspect the product’s external condition and verify that it matches the invoice.
– Physical Condition: Check for visible cracks, scratches, dents, or other external damage to the appliance or screen.
– Proof of Receipt: Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the product has been received with no visible damage and with its externally verifiable accessories and components accounted for. Claims for visible damage or missing items may not be accepted after the delivery representative has left.

5. Installation and Setup Services
– Authorized Installation: Certain appliances, including air conditioners, dishwashers, water heaters, and cookers, may require installation by Ashtry Global’s technical team or an authorized service provider to activate or maintain the manufacturer’s warranty.
– Important Notice: Do not open the product packaging or attempt to operate the appliance yourself when the manufacturer or authorized service provider requires the packaging to be opened by a technician. Failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions may affect warranty coverage or eligibility for replacement in the event of a manufacturing defect.
– Installation Scheduling: Installation appointments will be coordinated within 24–48 hours of product receipt, subject to technician availability and the applicable service arrangements.

6. Delivery Rescheduling and Failed Delivery Attempts
– Rescheduling Requests: Customers who wish to postpone delivery must notify customer service at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
– Failed Delivery Attempts: If the customer cannot be reached at the agreed delivery time, or the order is cancelled after the shipment has left with the delivery representative without a valid reason, Ashtry Global reserves the right to charge the customer for the applicable shipping and return costs, subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
